Privacy Policy

In accordance with Quebec's Law 25, PrintReady (a service operated by Fred Michel Enterprises Inc.) is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how we handle your data.

1. What We Collect

We collect your Name, Email Address, and the Graphic Design Files (PDF, PNG, JPG) you upload for preflight analysis and printing.

2. Why We Collect It

Your files are used strictly for technical preflight analysis and print production. Your contact information is used solely to email your preflight report, contact you regarding your order, and facilitate shipping.

3. Data Retention & Security

Uploaded design files are securely processed. Files belonging to completed print orders are kept temporarily for potential reprints and then purged. Preflight-only files are deleted from our active processing servers. We do not sell your data to third parties.

1. Custom Printed Goods

PrintReady (operated by Fred Michel Enterprises Inc.) provides custom business card printing services based entirely on the artwork provided by the user. By uploading a file, you confirm you have the legal right and copyright to print the images and text contained within it.

2. Refund Policy

Because all printed products are completely custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We cannot restock or resell custom printed business cards. Refunds or reprints will only be issued in the event of a clear manufacturing defect or printing error caused by PrintReady.

3. Color Accuracy

While our preflight tool checks for CMYK/RGB profiles, screen colors (RGB) appear fundamentally different than physical ink (CMYK). PrintReady cannot guarantee a 100% exact color match between what you see on your monitor and the final printed product.

4. Prepress Fix-It Service

The optional $10 prepress service covers minor technical adjustments (adding bleed, CMYK conversion, safe-zone nudging) to make a file printable. It does not include major graphic design changes or logo recreation.
